Write to us
We keep your message and email address to answer you. For a bug, a small program that shows it helps most: the input size, the key type and a seed or the data.
Security problems
Report a suspected vulnerability privately to mail@kwker.io, not through the form. The security policy says what to include and how we handle it.
Licenses and enterprise agreements
Licenses for companies up to €400M revenue are bought from your account (see pricing). For more than that, for OEM or redistribution, or for a purchase order and invoice, choose "A license" above or email mail@kwker.io.
When you will hear back
We answer on business days and aim to reply within five of them. There is no 24/7 support and no service-level agreement yet.
